This two-day course will give participants valuable skills for providing spiritual and emotional support to survivors of trauma and disasters. Sessions include: Encouragement Through Listening, Loss and Grief, Traumatic Stress, Psychological First Aid, Religious Competence, Cultural Competence, Age-Appropriate Response, and Care for the Caregiver.
